Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

Venixa is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to modify or reroute the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Venixa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shafayhassancfi@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
